A very cold, but very fun field trip to Gunston Hall! The students got to experience what it was like to live, work, and go to school in the 1800s!

We took advantage of the beautiful weather this morning and took our language arts lesson outside!! We used to chalk to write out the main idea of our nonfiction books.

After a week of being literary rockstars during language arts, we ended our week by buddy reading and breaking out our finger lights! @SuperScotties

Last day of the week means cup towers and spaghetti-marshmallow structures! I love seeing what these teams of @SuperScotties come up with!
