We can't distill the GLIAC meet down to just 4 photos, so here is the first of several X photo dumps from this week!

@coachhatton_tf Without a doubt I stopped doing max V testing until they're ready and prepped. 2-3 weeks of reps at 30-40m before I test. Imo

I’m trying to remind myself to focus on the decision-making process. I still feel as though the advice I’m giving on YouTube and my podcast has been solid and helping people, but I’ve never experienced bad outcomes quite like this. It’s beyond belief every week.

I’m feeling so insanely lost with FPL. I feel like I’m making good decisions most weeks (apart from no Haaland which I hold my hands up for), yet I’m getting absolutely battered. I might end this gameweek 4 million rank, and I can’t wrap my head around how it’s happening.

Going for a 20 minute walk in nature is an underrated form of therapy. Walking improves recovery by stimulating blood flow throughout your entire body. Walking as little as 6000 steps a day has been correlated with decreasing all-cause mortality by 45%. Walking enhances your cognitive function by boosting BDNF and promoting neuroplasticity. Harvard psychiatrist John Ratey, MD, author of Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain, has called physical activity “A little bit of Prozac and a little bit of Ritalin” and “Miracle-Gro” for the brain. You only get old when you stop walking. You don't stop walking because you get old. Do you want an easy way to improve your health? Go for a walk.

@CoachT_Phillips 😂 Bosch book is fascinating. Different way of thinking about training athletes. Read it years ago and I've kept using it to this day.
