Counting transferring from JUCO to a 4 year school as your only transfer is beyond unreasonable. Not like they can stay and finish out their eligibility at the JUCO - they are forced to move on. There are so many aspects of the PCSA that have not been fully thought through.

While the PCSA is a pile of crap in its entirety, one of the most egregious issues in it is in regards to the one time transfer rule. While restricting transfers has a million issues, the current language also counts transferring from a JUCO to an NCAA school as the one time transfer. In addition, the bill is so poorly written (because it’s written by people with no sense of the actual structures of college sports), transferring from one JUCO to another will ALSO prevent you from transferring to an NCAA institution. @CharlieBakerMA seems to have no sense of the scope of his own organization nor the athletes in it. @tedcruz and @SenatorCantwell should be embarrassed about what they’re trying to do to thousands of athletes.
