Modeling my new hat to keep the sun out of my eyes! I am having focus seizures and when I hit the light walking i twist to the left and it is weird. Thoughts on the hat? Next up modeling my doggles We are not sure what will work. Anyone here have any experience with this?

@kindnessranch @beaglefacts Awe those sad little pups who will soon learn freedom. I know it all to well as I go for my 10 year freedomversary with Mason in August who is 15 going on 16. It is such a joy to help them transition and let them live the life they’ve born to live. Those face will change soon

The first group of dogs in what we are calling "Operation Closure" are on their way to Kindness Ranch in Hartville Wyoming. This operation is years in the making and is the result of non-adversarial dialogue and steady relationship building with this research facility.

I am spending today with my Daisy. There's a chance it's the last time I can since she has a risky liver tumor removal tomorrow. After surgery is over for her, I will post the results here, good or bad, because I know people have been watching her story. See you tomorrow.

Found this throwback to Mags and her epic shenanigans! Yes that is plexiglass we added and call it the “Beagle Barrier” as Mags loves to walk on counters. Cannot wait until she is feeling better and the mayhem continues!

UPDATE: Phase two is underway. @TheHumaneCenter is now going into Ridglan Farms in Wisconsin to remove 500 dogs it purchased. @BDRRescue completed phase one last week, removing 1,000 dogs. Today @WiscHumane starts picking up about 130 beagles to bring back to its campuses.

When Walter died in Feb '25, I asked a friend (in that mildly unhinged way of grief) "Can you 3D print me an urn for my potato?" And he delivered. It's been over a year, but I was finally able to transfer Walter over, and it oddly feels like a perfect Mother's Day gift to myself.
