Today I attended the incredible #Oliverscampaign training being rolled out to Exec leads in @SurreyHeartland ICS. I left the training determined to embed what I had learned about learning disability and neurodiversity into my personal and professional life.

Due to an earlier incident at Woking Community Hospital we evacuated the walk-in centre as a precautionary measure. Thank you @SurreyFRS for responding so quickly & investigating. Following their all-clear we have now reopened the walk-in centre & apologise for the inconvenience.

@SteveBarclay What about healthcare workers providing community NHS services within Social Enterprises? Surely they deserve a funded backdated non-consolidated pay award too. Without doing so you just create inequity and unfairness.

I welcome and am accepting the recommendations of the pay review body in full which means doctors, consultants & senior NHS staff will get a 6% pay rise. Junior doctors will also get an extra £1,250 meaning those working in their 1st year will receive a 10.3% pay increase. 1/2

@SteveBarclay @SkyNews Perhaps you’d care to approve funding to allow our staff in Social Enterprises working for the NHS in the community to receive the AFC non-consolidated pay award, Retention is as important as recruitment. Please reverse this outrageous decision.
