@FordSouthAfrica I phoned back at 17:00 since I need to uber I need to know how much time I have available to come through before they close at 17:30. I kept phoning and no answer.

@FordSouthAfrica I then got extremely uncomfortable with the fact that I had not heard back and I phoned them at 16:20 to ask if my vehicle is ready for collection. I was transferred to someone she advised me that someone will call me back. I received zero calls.

@FordSouthAfrica Can someone assist me. I’m beyond frustrated right now. Booked my car in this morning with Motus Ford Diep River. The only call I received was at 12:09 to let me know the price. I phoned to ask where my car is and they said they’ll phone back. I’m still waiting.
