is it normal to require confirmation 6 times to cancel a subscription? 6 times! And I could not do it with a button on the subscriptions page, I had to do it via chat. wtaf

@learnwithmattc Fully agree it's growth marketing. The highest-ROI hour I spent this month was on a support thread, not a funnel. Talk to the customer, fix the real bottleneck, retention does the rest.

This marketing advice is so good, I'm jealous I didn't say it myself. I'd only argue that that IS marketing, particularly "growth marketing".
