Great to meet with the team at Absolute Dent Repair as they prepare early for the summer storm season 🌩️🚗   Last year brought unprecedented storm and hail damage across our community, so it’s encouraging to see local businesses getting ahead and helping residents stay prepared.

In 2024, I had the great honour of visiting her electorate, where we delivered my civics program to some of the most remote schools in the country. I am proud to call her my colleague and friend.

A big shout out to @Melissa4Durack, the very proud Member for Durack, the longest current serving female MP in the Liberal Party. Melissa represents the largest electorate in the country, over 1,410,947 sq km.

From helping young swimmers build confidence to supporting adult swimmers, their team is helping people of all ages develop important water safety skills. As part of the program, adult water safety lessons will occur every week day this week (6–10 July) from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

It was great to jump back to the Electorate of Oxley and visit Jump Swim Schools Richlands and catch up with Liz to hear about the incredible work being done to promote water safety in our community. 🏊‍♂️

Championing democracy is one of my biggest priorities, and this year celebrating 125 years of democracy is the perfect time for us to take a temperature check, and take action.

At a time where it seems like citizens are disengaged and divided, where we are looking for new ways to engage people, it has never been more important for quality research. Having quality research means we can understand people better – how they think, and how they respond.
