DAY47 NIG2USA ON BICYCLE 🇳🇬🚴🇺🇲. This morning, I managed to fix my bicycle and hit the road again with hope in my heart. But just a few kilometers in, flat tires. This time, it’s crazy, worse than anything I’ve faced before. The last spare tubes I had are gone. I thought, No problem, I’ll find a shop in town. Since morning, I’ve been walking all around Yamoussoukro under the hot sun, searching for the exact tube my little eagle needs. I’ve asked around, tried different places, but still nothing. Behind the scenes, this journey is not all smiles and photos, sometimes it’s pain, frustration, and endless challenges. I hate to say “this is tough,” because I always want to stay positive, but yesterday and today have been rough, really rough. Right now, my only option is to change this bicycle completely, but I can’t even afford that. At this point, I feel stranded, far from home, and far from the finish line. I started this ride for orphans, IDPs, and vulnerable children, to give them hope and a voice. But right now, I’m the one in need of hope😥. If you’ve ever believed in what I’m doing, this is the moment your support could keep me moving because I’m not ready to stop. I just need the means to keep going. 🙏 Lastly, if you know any bicycle company or store that could come to our rescue, please tag them in the comments. We are becoming IDPs in our own motherland, what is more crazy is the deafening silence from duty bearers. Benue has been under siege for almost 10years now. We mourn and bury our loved ones. Killer herdsmen continue to invade unprovoked. Are terrorists bigger than Nigeria?

Akpabio Had a Verbal Exchange With the Senate President, Sarki and Was Not Suspended -Abbo This exchange was also over a change of Akpabio's sitting position, and the matter was handled with maturity, but in the case of Natasha, he suspended her for 6 months like an emperor he acts like. Societies that have kept sustaining injustice are the ones that are stuck in lowest economic growth, pernicious poverty and widespread inequality. So, we should all not agree for the injustice being inflicted on Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan to be sustained. Can the @NGRSenate and @Senator_Akpabio tell Nigerians why they have persisted in denying their courageous colleague, Senator @NatashaAkpoti, the right to fair hearing and impartial investigation of her Sexual Harassment petition against the Senate President? Why is Senator Akpabio obstructing every opportunity for an impartial Senate inquiry into this matter? Why is he dodging the opportunity that can help him prove his innocence of the serious allegation leveled by his female colleague? Why are Senator Akpabio’s colleagues in the Senate supporting such obstruction in gross violation of the same “Senate Rules” they used in illegally suspending Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan? The Senate cannot pretend to be “moving on” regarding this case. Not at all. This Injustice cannot be sustained at all. There’s no “moving on” possible without accountability, transparency and due process on this case of massive abuse of power by our country’s #3 top ranking public figure.
