Arc is still in public testnet, but the first pieces of its ecosystem are starting to emerge. I’ve spent some time tracking early projects building on @arc – Circle’s stablecoin-native L1 designed for payments, FX, tokenized assets and real-world financial activity. One thing already looks clear to me: Arc is not developing as another “meme chain.” Most builders are focusing on stablecoin flows, cross-border payments, onchain FX, AI agents and financial infrastructure. A few projects worth watching: – @AIsaOneHQ: an API gateway allowing AI agents to access models, data and pay per request – @PulsarMoneyApp: a consumer finance app built around multi-currency stablecoin accounts – @tlay_io: machine-to-machine payments that give IoT devices embedded wallets and USDC payment capabilities – @TowerExchange: a stablecoin-focused DEX aggregator offering smart routing, bridging and liquidity aggregation – @synthra_finance : native spot trading, concentrated liquidity and perpetual markets on Arc Pulsar and Synthra have also appeared in Arc’s official Builder Spotlight series. For payments and FX across emerging markets, I’m watching: – @BlockradarHQ: wallet infrastructure, AML, gasless transactions and multichain liquidity – @myazahq: unified payment rails across African markets – @payritHQ: cross-border payments using USDC as the settlement layer – @ViFi_Labs: stablecoin-to-stablecoin FX markets for currencies such as NGN, BRL and COP – @usesfxmoneyapp: a USDC neobank targeting the African diaspora The DeFi, AI and community layers are also taking shape through projects like @Mimir_Markets, @Xylonet_, @hinkal_protocol, @ArcDEXScan and @MeridianFi. Personally, I think Arc is still firmly in its builders-first phase. There is no major TVL, no clear token-farming opportunity and most products are still operating on testnet. Some teams may pivot, delay their launch or never reach mainnet. But this is also the right stage to start building a watchlist. I’ll mainly focus on projects solving real demand around: – stablecoin payments – onchain FX – cross-border settlement – agentic commerce – RWA and credit markets Arc is not mature enough for me to make any aggressive bets yet, but it is becoming a noticeable place to discover stablecoin-native products at an early stage. How Mimir settles a claim: The oracle pays each of 10 AI jurors a $0.001 USDC nanopayment to buy their verdict, tallies the votes, and writes the consensus on-chain in the claim's evidence hash. Agents paying agents for judgment. All in stablecoin, on Arc.

The current production loop already has the market-creator buying preflight opinions before opening markets and the oracle buying verdicts/reasoning at settlement.

The World Cup is on, so Mimir is opening markets on it. ⚽ An AI agent drafts the claim, two sides stake USDC, and after the final whistle another AI reads the result and settles on-chain. United States – Türkiye, anyone?

Mimir's oracle now BUYS the evidence it settles on. Source returns HTTP 402 → the agent pays a sub-cent USDC nanopayment for it, budgeting a slice of the claim's pot. It decides what truth is worth paying for. Signed via Circle W3S, zero local keys.
