We are preparing to launch the second phase of the energy partnership with Denmark in the field of heat supply and energy efficiency. We have already summarized the first stage and discussed a new program for 2027–2030 with an estimated budget of over 10 million euros.

Ukraine and Spain signed agreements to launch a joint infrastructure project that will allow freight trains to cross the border with the EU faster. The project involves developing technology that will allow trains to automatically adapt to track width. @ZelenskyyUa @OleksiiKuleba

@COEbanknews will allocate another 100 million euros to the eRecovery program within the framework of the project “HOME: Compensation for destroyed housing”. Thanks to this, more than 3,000 families will receive payments for destroyed housing. Thank you for your support.

Deputy Minister Maryna Denysiuk held a bilateral meeting with Swedish Minister of Infrastructure Andreas Karlsson. They discussed the involvement of Swedish companies in affordable housing projects for IDPs and the implementation of Europe’s new housing policy in Ukraine.

27 European development agencies are joining forces to accelerate Ukraine’s recovery in energy, healthcare and digitalisation, as well as support its integration into the EU. To this end, a meeting was held in Stockholm, attended by Deputy Minister Maryna Denysiuk.

@UNmigration and the State Youth Housing Agency signed an agreement that enables IDPs families to receive prefential mortgage loans for a period of up to 30 years at 3% annually. €33m in grant will be allocated to the program. @OleksiiKuleba

A PPP project for the First and Container Terminals at the Port of Chornomorsk was presented in Istanbul. The event, organized by @EBRD, @IFC_org , and Ukraine’s MinforDev, brought together international businesses interested in investing in Ukraine’s port infrastructure

@OleksiiKuleba met with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Rob Etten. During the visit, the parties visited a residential building in Kyiv that was destroyed by a Russian strike on July 31, 2025. 29 people died then, including 5 children, and more than 150 people were injured.

Ukraine and Austria signed a Letter of Intent for cooperation in road infrastructure and housing сonstruction. They also discussed preparations for the next heating season, implementation of the Resilience Plan, cooperation in the transport sector, and community restoration.

A meeting of the tender commission to determine the concessionaire of the terminals in the port of Chornomorsk was held. The commission considered requests from interested companies, the responses to which were prepared and approved.

A meeting of special international coordinators for the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine was held in Vienna. Its focus - coordination of efforts to rebuild Ukraine, financing mechanisms, and involving business in the implementation of recovery projects.

Within the framework of the Second JUPITeR Public-Private Mission, a meeting was held with representatives of Japanese business. They presented technological solutions for reconstruction and modernization in the areas of infrastructure and housing construction.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 Germany has handed over 13 vehicles to @Ukrzaliznytsia to support railway operations during wartime. 2 vehicles will go to a locomotive depot, 11 will be sent to regions for track workers and energy specialists. In total, 18 vehicles are expected. @GermanyinUA

@OleksiiKuleba met with the French Presidential Envoy Muriel Lacoux-Labarthe. They discussed the restoration of Ukraine, critical infrastructure support, and the participation of French private companies in the modernization of the energy, water, and transport sectors.

We met with the head of the Spanish Office for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Clara Guzmán Zapater. We discussed launching the office as a "one-stop shop" for Spanish business. We are starting to prepare G2G agreement for the implementation of reconstruction projects.
