russia continues to attack the civilian port infrastructure. Today, the enemy hit a grain terminal. A grain warehouse with cargo, trucks and handling equipment were damaged. Unfortunately, 7 people were injured, 6 of them are hospitalized with injuries of varying severity

Russia attacked the railway station in Vilnyansk, Zaporizhia. After the alarm signal, the train was stopped for evacuation. Unfortunately, two people received shrapnel injuries. They were provided with the necessary assistance. Work is underway to restore traffic.

During his working trip, @OleksiiKuleba met with the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization, @IMOSecGen. The parties discussed shipping safety, the protection of Ukrainian ports, and international coordination in response to Russian attacks. @IMOHQ

Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina have agreed on a "transport visa-free regime." It will come into effect on January 1,2027. This means that bilateral and transit transportation between the countries will be carried out without the need for permits. @OleksiiKuleba @SerhiyDerkach

At the NATO Group meeting, Deputy Ministers Oleksii Balesta and Andrii Kashuba presented a systematic approach to protecting rail and maritime logistics in the face of a full-scale war. They outlined key principles: from coordination with defense forces to recovery after strikes.

Ukraine and Turkey have agreed on the digitalization of permits and an increase in quotas for carriers: +300 permits for freight transportation to/from third countries in 2026, +300 for bilateral passenger transportation and an increase in the quota of passenger permits for 2027.

On the sidelines of the International Transport Forum, @OleksiiKuleba met with @oscar_puente_. The key focus of the meeting was joint projects in the field of railway transport and Ukraine's integration into the European transport network (TEN-T). @SerhiyDerkach

During the International Transport Forum in Leipzig, @OleksiiKuleba met with @PSchnieder. Germany is ready to join the Ukrainian Transport Support Fund. They also discussed support for Ukrainian logistics and the restoration of transport infrastructure in wartime. @SerhiyDerkach

The International Transport Forum (ITF) Summit kicked off in Leipzig on May 7. @OleksiiKuleba and @SerhiyDerkach joined a high-level roundtable on supporting Ukraine's transport system and launching the Ukraine Transport Support Fund.
