The version of you that runs on willpower is fragile. The version of you that runs on systems is durable. Build the durable version.

Give away the secrets. Sell the implementation. The people who need to pay to implement it will always find you. The people who needed the secret for free will always tell others about you.

The hardest part of building a business with ADHD isn't the work. It's the gap between sessions. Build bridges, not momentum sprints.

Your audience doesn't share content they learned from. They share content that made them feel understood. Teach second. Connect first.

Burnout for ADHD entrepreneurs usually doesn't look like exhaustion. It looks like apathy. When everything that used to feel interesting starts feeling hollow, that's the signal.

Consistency is a great tool for accounting software. It's a terrible operating system for a brain that runs on ignition and momentum bursts. #adhd

The people who figure out AI early won't just work faster. They'll think at a completely different scale. This is the leverage window. It won't be open forever.

Four questions I ask before building any system: 1. Will I actually use this? 2. Does it work with my brain, not against it? 3. What breaks first? 4. What do I do when it breaks? Most people skip 3 and 4.

The gap between knowing and doing isn't information. It's design. Most people have enough information. They don't have systems that make the right action the easy action.

Marc Andreessen (@pmarca) on what it’s like to work at SpaceX: “It’s like being dropped into a zone of shocking competence.” “Everybody is ultra competent, and the reason everybody’s ultra competent is because if they’re not, Elon sniffs it out and fires them. He knows, ‘cause he’s talking to the people actually doing the work.” “The best engineers in the world want to work for him, ‘cause he’s the one CEO like this who’s able to work with them as a peer on whatever the technology is.” “What would be better as an engineer than being able to design a rocket engine with Elon Musk as your engineering partner?”
Elon Musk@elonmusk

SpaceX is actively hiring world-class engineers/physicists for SpaceXAI, even if you have zero prior experience in AI. Smart humans figure it out fast. Please send an email with ~3 bullet points demonstrating evidence of exceptional ability to ai_eng@spacex.com.

Content that converts comes from one place. Understanding. Not tactics. Not hacks. Not frequency. Do you actually understand the person you're writing to?

You're not behind. You're on a different timeline building a different thing. Stop measuring your chapter three against someone else's chapter ten.

One thing I'd tell every ADHD entrepreneur: You don't need more discipline. You need better design.

What most people call work-life balance is actually energy management. You can't schedule your way out of depletion. But you can build systems that refill the tank.

The ADHD brain doesn't procrastinate because it's lazy. It procrastinates because the task hasn't been made interesting yet. That's an engineering problem, not a character flaw.

Stop building content around what the algorithm wants. Start building it around what your audience can't find anywhere else.
