We're aware some users were experiencing "500 internal service error" messages when browsing group pages. Our engineering team has swiftly resolved the issue, and you should be able to access them again.

Finally started using ChatGPT, after encouragement from our technical leaders to familiarize ourselves. So far, the most useful purpose has been to figure out the word I'm thinking of but can't quite bring to mind.

The main demographic of our new gym is entitled boomers. And as someone who is still transitioning from “respect your elders” to “everyone deserves respect - including me,” 🤯 I am getting lots of opportunities to practice asserting that truth. 😆

I feel an emotional heaviness that lingers like a hangover anytime I verbally disagree with someone. I’m fairly sure it’s some sort of trauma response, but I have no idea which trauma created it, nor how to prevent it.
