He called Duke 'granpuff' which was his grandkids nickname for him and put so much thought and dedication into cultivating Duke and the MSR, it's almost like it really is a part of him. Not to mention Duke's personality really matches up with what I've read abt him

@LoganWolfBear17 @cinnabowlii I'm not a huge fan of it, but I find ways to make it work- she wore it while on display at a safari park in Dorset and then when she came to the NWR she has patterns on her cylinders and westinghouse while in a maroon livery too. Redesigning Nia's livery isn't the problem

@Miniature_Mardy @cinnabowlii I do like Nia's livery, but I personally change it to be more realistic in a RWS esk universe, I tend to look through orange Kenyan liverys that she can ask to be painted in after going to sodor to keep the symbolism of her holding onto her Kenyan roots.
