@hollyaoneill Hey Holly, I would message you but that option isn’t available. I am a previous Bank of America user who was scammed really bad, I filed a claim and went through the entire process to retrieve the funds back. February 13th a check was sent to me from BOA

@hollyaoneill Because I don’t receive correspondence from BOA, due to the account being closed I was unaware until July 25th when a merchant from fraud dispute told me that the funds were returned to its original from of payment. A check was mailed to me for the amount of $33,588.80.
