A pre-irrigation at the end of March has prompted exactly what we wanted - a thick germination of ARG. This will be subject to a double-knock (Gly fb. Paraquat) before being sown to Canola. @EldersLimited #resistancemanagement #doubleknock

After a myriad of teething problems affecting establishment, we are finally starting to see aerial-sown rice crops take off. It’s comforting seeing some greenery now! @RiceExtension @ricegrowers @GrowerService @EldersLimited

Assessing a sorghum seed crop for plant uniformity. Each flush since sowing has been cooling the soil, consequently slowing plant growth and development. This season is certainly posing a challenge to summer crop establishment. @swseedcompanyau @PatrickConlan97 @EldersLimited

Drill-sown rice awaiting its 3-way mix. 70mm+ last week acted as our first flush 🌧️ Umbrella Sedge control will be a focal point on this block. Looking forward to Rice 23/24. @EldersLimited @GrowerService @RiceExtension @ricegrowers

Crown rot starting to show in some paddocks with tight rotations and subsoil issues. Great way to pick a couple of paddocks for some soil pits or ripping trials also.

Sending the #drone up today to aid decision making around canola windrow timing. Very handy to identify areas which are more/less advanced.
