MTG has developed as a game/community in the exact opposite way as smash. the rise of commander over everything else is like if smash started in its competitive 1v1 state by default but then someone invented free for alls with items and it took over the game

Five years ago, I missed an optimization to the Dr. Mario BTT TAS and never got the record.
Five years later, LinksDarkArrows found a way better route and jenkem66 turned it into a massive 1.5 second time save!
And with a 3 frame optimization, I finally hold Doc.

@Dexerto Yes, my son Aziz died of a broken heart. To all of you claiming he had mental problems I can confirm the only mental distress he had came from the too lengthy, indefinite ban system. It traumatized him unnecessarily. It was cruel.

@PlayAcclaim I miss the surprising 3D person ARPGs that made you say "Wow" back in the days; in today’s titles there are too many petty subtasks and boring farming-based games, with zero plot and originality. I found some great indies here and there
