@The_Socko That period is definitely a low point for sure, but between those 2 albums I like Silence a bit more than VF

@MisbegottenFool To be fair, I've probably not given it a fair amount of listens. I was a massive Trivium fan pre 2013 then kinda stopped listening to metal in general for about 10 years. Got back into it a few years ago so had lots to go back and discover and these 2 albums didn't click with me.

Relistening to this for the first time in awhile (by FAR my least favorite Trivium album)

@The_Socko I actually really like Silence tbh, but yeah TS&TS is peak Trivium easily their best work since Shogun

@MisbegottenFool Outside of a couple of songs I pretty much pretend that this and Silence in the Snow don't exist. I'm so glad Matt fixed his voice because they 'came back' better than ever with The Sin And The Sentence onwards 💪🏻

May this bangover go away. The worst part about getting older is that it takes longer to recover from going ham at shows. 😂
