People do not need to "negotiate" or "ask" for rights; their rights are absolute, God-given and self-evident. Governments may not respect those rights or even CLAIM rights don't exist - but it's like denying gravity - it doesn't matter. New Brunswick Will Be Free. #nbpoli

I appreciate you clarifying your position, particularly the distinction between desire and action. I hear your concern that my stance might seem intentionally offensive, but I assure you my intent is to be faithful to the biblical witness rather than to cast stones. Regarding Islam, I understand your point that Muslims hold Isa in high regard. However, from a biblical perspective, "honoring" a version of Jesus that explicitly denies his divinity, his sonship, and his finished work on the cross is, in effect, honoring a different person entirely. (1John2:22-23) If the Gospel is the "power of God for salvation," then any system that replaces the substitutionary atonement with a different narrative—no matter how respectfully—is fundamentally incompatible with the Christian faith. My goal is not to offend people when attempting to be a steward of the Truth that Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6) but it is inevitable when the Truth is suppressed. (Rom 1:18-20) You raised a fair point regarding those who live chaste lives while facing temptations. We agree that every person, regardless of their struggles, is an image-bearer of God. However, my concern lies in the "lifestyle" or "identity" markers we adopt. Biblically, we are called to find our primary identity in Christ, which involves a "renewing of the mind" (Romans 12:2). While we all face various temptations, the biblical framework points us toward a specific design for human sexuality and family. I believe that holding to this standard is the most loving thing a Christian can do, as it points toward God's original intent for human flourishing. Regarding my support for the Jewish people: my position is not based on the current religious practices of every Jewish individual, but on the character and promises of God. Jesus is, and forever remains, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. While many in the Jewish community do not yet recognize Him as Messiah, Scripture is clear that God has not rejected His people (Romans 11:1). "Biblical Zionism" is rooted in the belief that God’s covenants are irrevocable (Romans 11:29). To "honor" Israel is to honor the root that supports the olive tree of our faith. I do not support anti-Christian polemics from any source, but I believe we are called to stand with the Jewish people because of God's sovereign plan, looking forward to the day when the veil is lifted for all.

@SaycheeseDGTL In 2002, a U.S. Special Forces unit encountered a massive humanoid, the legendary Giant of Kandahar, in the Afghan mountains. It stood over 12 feet tall, with a shock of red hair. The government swiftly covered up the incident, erasing every trace of it from official records.

Nobody's saying the Quranic stories of Christ are equal to the Gospel accounts, I'm saying you're deliberately choosing to offend people who honour Christ and deliberately honour people who hate Christ - nobody's telling you to convert to Islam obviously. You're confusing homosexual desire with "marriage' for unkonwn reasons other than an inability to actually address what I've raised, those who live chaste lives with temptations than you or I might face.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify my convictions. My goal is not to "cast anyone out," but to remain faithful to the biblical text as the final authority for faith and practice. On the Nature of Christ and Islam While it is true that Islam speaks of Jesus (Isa), the biblical record and the Quranic account describe two fundamentally different figures. From a biblical standpoint, Christianity is defined by the substitutionary atonement of the Son of God—a doctrine explicitly denied in Islamic theology (Surah 4:157). Because Islam rejects the Crucifixion and the deity of Christ, it cannot be considered compatible with the Gospel. To point this out is not an act of malice, but a commitment to the "faith which was once for all delivered to the saints" (Jude 1:3). On Biblical Ethics and Lifestyle Regarding the question of chaste lives, the biblical framework for human sexuality is rooted in the Creation account, where marriage is defined as the union of one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). While we all struggle with various temptations, the biblical witness consistently identifies homosexual practice as a departure from God’s design. Holding to this position is an attempt to honor what we believe to be God's revealed will for human flourishing. On Jesus’ Identity and Biblical Zionism It is essential to remember that Jesus is a Jew. He was born under the Law, lived the Law, and remains the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. My support for the Jewish people is rooted in the Abrahamic Covenant (Genesis 12:3), which I believe remains in effect. While there are certainly polemical writings in later traditions that contain the offensive imagery you mentioned, these do not represent the heart of the Jewish faith or the character of the Jewish people today. Just as we would not want Christianity judged solely by its darkest historical moments, I believe we are called to stand with Israel based on God's irrevocable promises (Romans 11:28-29), looking forward to the day when "all Israel will be saved." I believe that the Scriptures provide a cohesive narrative that centers on the Jewish Messiah, and my intent is simply to follow that light wherever it leads.
