We, Ethiopian refugees in South Africa, are pleading for protection. We fled persecution hoping to find safety, yet many of us continue to live in fear, face discrimination, and worry about our security. Refugee rights are human rights. We urge the South African government to uphold its legal and humanitarian obligations and call on the international community to help ensure our safety and dignity.
