@KaikiWexler It's definitely the chapter that gets to the pain quickest. You can actually roughly map the days to each routes events and 3 has the most time spent pre watanagashi too

@MishaTarkus Hit the fan. They reference the light moments they had off-screen (we see them in the other chapters). We jumped into the dark stuff really quick after a couple days of showing how bright Satoko shines in everybody's lives

Does anybody hold the opinion that Tatarigoroshi was a bit TOO sad? People were definitely hyping it up as a tragic chapter but goddamn there really wasn't much happiness after like Day 2. I do think I'm still in shock from all of the late developments

People correlate two different things: The current Steam tracks are ones made for Higurashi used in other releases chosen by r07, and they confuse it for the entirely alternate OST used briefly for those releases

And while I do prefer the OG tracks, people confuse the current trakcs (which add Kai tracks to the Question arcs and some trakcs from console) than the earlier revamped Mangagamer OST that was entirely off beat.

@thewhiteweaver @MishaTarkus @Invalacious @Prawcin the soundtrack in the default steam version replaces a lot of og tracks in the question arcs with later tracks and changes the vibe of the series. u can change this with the 07th mod and also u can just switch to the old sprites/bgs if you dislike the new ones

It's better art and audio, sure, but the Cgs and VA work spoil a lot of stuff and the BGs can be way less effective than blurry photos.

@angcathalex A lot of standing. Most of the time big meals afterwards. Very beautiful service but incense can trigger alergies in some.
