I hate to victim shame, but I talk to more FKR who don’t believe the “mcalberts” killed JOK, but his own BAC, combined with LAD and LVH could have caused him to fall on his own. It’s way more logical, too.

@thinkaboutit_p @_NoseyRen Wrong battle. The recent (larger) extraction was not from the FBI. There is a protective order on these. How are you even defending Proctor but don't even know the difference? His attorney admitted yesterday he hasn't even seen them. Are you ok?

@Mishl_G @_NoseyRen They have said numerous things about the contents of his phones … they have held entire hearings over it. The fbi extracted it and gave all exculpatory evidence to KR.

So to be clear, Proctor’s texts show that he was unafraid of what he texted because he never thought they’d be discovered. So where are all the texts about framing Karen Read? Wouldn’t they jump out of the phone and slap the reviewer in the face? Wouldn’t that be the “news”?

@Geauxtgrs66 @BoozeyBeauty It is evidence of bias - which is one step of the cover-up. You cant be unbias in one case and then all of a sudden not be. This shows EXACTLY who he is - to everyone.
I would imagine this is just the tip of the iceberg of what's in his phone - especially in this case!

Very interesting that Proctor’s lawyer argued that the information on Proctor’s phone has nothing to do with anyone else, he’s done an awesome job (40 hrs / wk, y’all), and we should leave him alone. 🙄

@yngblkeconomist I hear you! To be fair. I think you're missing the point. This same “man” was the lead investigator of the KR case. You don't become unbias on one case and suddenly go back to who you aesbon others. HIS actions are who he is to his core - regardless of what color you are!!

@yngblkeconomist People in jail could face the possibility that a former Trooper single-handedly creayed an appeal for them based on his discusting actions (condoned by other officers). It also affects women who were being passed around amongst cops. That should anger EVERYONE!

Karen Read had a hearing today. They talked about Proctor being racist. Not sure how that concerns Karen Read. Just another white person trying to benefit from systemic racism that doesn't affect them one iota besides when it can be leveraged in their favor.
