25 years ago, Indian cricket witnessed one of its greatest comebacks! At Eden Gardens, VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid scripted history with a monumental 335-run partnership against Australia, batting through the entire fourth day without losing a wicket. A masterclass in patience, resilience and belief, a day that changed Indian cricket forever! #EdenGardensTest #RahulDravid #VVSLaxman #IndianCricket @BCCI @NotDravid @VVSLaxman281

VIDEO | India cricketer Jitesh Sharma opens up on missing out on India’s title-winning squad for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. “I’m also a human, so I did feel sad initially. But my family and friends supported me a lot and that phase passed. My father fell ill and passed away on February 1, and I was with him for seven days. Later I realised my dad needed me more than the World Cup. I have no regrets and I’m grateful to God that I could be with him and take care of him in his final days. I watched the World Cup from home, which is a very different and more stressful feeling than playing. I’m really happy for the boys—they fulfilled the vision of the coach, captain and the team since the Asia Cup..."

Cheetahs cross half-century 🐆 A moment of great pride for Project Cheetah as Jwala, the Namibian Cheetah and a successful third-time mother, gave birth to five cubs today at the Kuno National Park. With this birth, the number of Indian-born thriving cubs has risen to 33, marking the 10th successful cheetah litter on Indian soil—another important milestone in India’s cheetah conservation journey. This achievement reflects the dedicated efforts, skill, and commitment of the veterinarians, field staff and all involved who continue to work tirelessly on the ground. With the arrival of these cubs, the total cheetah population in India has now reached 53. A historic and heart-warming moment for wildlife conservation. May Jwala and her cubs grow strong and race ahead, carrying India’s cheetah story to even greater heights.
