Amazing talk today from @RhGMBC_FMSPW where we looked at the fold and cut theorem. Really fun and we looked at how to cut out shapes using only one cut, will definitely be trying this with my classes soon! @Mathematics_Hub #teammaths

Had a great lesson introducing some students to algebra today. I used a resource we explored at university and it was lovely to see the impact of making abstract concepts more concrete on these students’ learning! #teammaths #handsonmaths #puttingtheoryintopractice

Just completed the @WhiteRoseMaths bar modelling course and can't wait to put it into practice in the classroom. Looking at how use of a consistent model can assist students and enhance their understanding of abstract concepts has been really interesting! #barmodelling
