@AsdaServiceTeam Money back in 3-5 working days again! £110 out of pocket, no food in the house to feed a hungry 6 year old in the morning. What’s happening at Asda? In the midst of a cost of living crisis-you can’t take peoples’ money instantly if you can’t refund instantly! 😡

@AsdaServiceTeam absolutely ridiculous service this week in Gravesham. Ordered a shop which was cancelled last minute with no reason except “sorry”. Money back in 3-5 working days…Book another shop the following day-just doesn’t turn up. No communication. Part 1

Part 4… He even called me to ensure me that it was essential to use my pin to cancel. Avoid @ubereats_uk for ordering food.

Part 3… The customer service is diabolical as it’s all automated and I can’t speak to an actual human being to explain. I keep explaining and yet I get back a “you’re pin was used to confirm acceptance of delivery” when I have proof he asked for it via message. @ubereats_uk

Part 2… He then said that he needed my pin to cancel the order as it’s already cold and not worth it as he couldn’t get to me. I naively gave my pin over for him to cancel due to traffic. Now I’m unable to get a refund as he used my pin to say it had been delivered. @ubereats_uk

Absolutely disgusted by the way customer service is handling an issue @ubereats_uk ordered £35 worth of food Friday night, driver got stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Part 1…
