This clip of BBC Presenter Naga Munchetty perfectly captures how limiting and restrictive it can feel to exercise outdoors in the winter months. Women and girls deserve to be active outdoors, in public, without fearing for their safety.

An emotional goodbye after working at @CampCooperUK as the events manager for 7 weeks! In awe of the culture, campers and workers I have come across over the last two summers here :( Time to get some rest❤️🫶

First half marathon completed in very wet and windy conditions !! & delighted to be part of the Sub 2 club :) Amazes me the amount of support and community around these running events! Now for some rest and recovery 🙌
