@Andywebster No idea, passed out on the train yesterday coming down (for the last bit) but put that down to being stood up & overheating, it was passing Wembley so standing room only. I’ll go the docs. Said my blood sugar was v low today which makes no sense with all the gels!

Didn’t go to plan today - collapsed at mile 13 & was looked after by people who gave up their race for me (so humbling) & lovely medics. Cried lots, decided to carry on after 15 min & the UNBELIEVABLE crowd got me round. You’re world class. Thank you London. 4.28 & 4.16 for Dave.
