Lately I’ve been noticing more people recommending only jurisdictions that don’t report under CRS. Sometimes it makes sense, but calling a place “bad” just because it reports CRS is a huge MISTAKE CRS isn’t always your enemy. Transparency can actually build credibility, especially when you’re planning something bigger. Not everyone wants to stay in the basement and not everything should be optimized just for hiding.

Rumor has it that the UAE might show more leniency when it comes to tax residency rules for expats. A lot of current and aspiring UAE tax residents are probably happy to hear that. But this is more complicated that it may seem so here’s what’s worth keeping in mind: Being considered a tax resident by the UAE is one thing. But being recognized as a tax resident by other countries (especially your home country) is a completely different story. In practice, tax residency is proven through a Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) which can be issued either: •for domestic purposes, or •under a Double Tax Treaty (DTA) for international recognition. If the UAE relaxes the requirements, getting a domestic TRC might become easier. However, the UAE won’t be able to renegotiate all its Double Tax Treaties, which means the criteria for international tax residency recognition will remain the same! How do you prove your tax residency to another country if the treaty-based criteria are not met? It gave me a diagnosis, a full weekly plan, and product recommendations (brands that I haven’t heard about) based on ingredients with a really reasonable price. It’s been 1.5 weeks and honestly my skin has never been better. For context, I have atopic dermatitis and have struggled with my skin for as long as I can remember. Now the improvement is so visible I can barely recognize it. I’m not saying it replaces doctors (although, deep down we all know it will), but I definitely recommend trying it! Based on my experience the results are crazy impressive!
