How I’d recommend high school and college athletes to eat & recover: ✅Two breakfasts ✅Eggs + red meat daily ✅3-5 fruits & veggies daily ✅Protein + carbs + produce at every meal ✅7-9 hours of sleep (more is better) ✅Chocolate milk + fruit 🍌 + 5g creatine post workout
