I spent some of last wk in Gros Morne, Newfoundland wt v inspiring local folks we explored tourism thru an #ABCD lens. A more community-centered approach 2 tourism? Yes pls! Also got 2 take in some amazing views & to do some (old school) online shopping-yes I got some new socks;)

What would it be like if pay for community representatives (politicians & the like) was intimately connected to the well-being, health, & quality of life of the entire community they serve? Baseline livable wage, with the ability to earn more with demonstrated impact & results…
