Collating the final data on the power of oracy in closing the gender gap. The success of students depends on both attainment and the confidence and ability to articulate it.

@missjones110 @stgeorges_rome has the @ResearchedR room aghast with gender gap facts and figures. Her suggestion is that teaching #oracy early is essential to building girls’ confidence and empowering them to recognise their value and abilities (inside and beyond school).

@Ryanair cannot sink much lower than failing to uphold the terms they designed themselves. Online check in is impossible for bookings made with a 3rd party in order to charge €55 at airport. This is a direct contradiction to the zero fee check in they promise for OTA bookings.

Absolutely disgusting treatment of passengers who've missed flights & lost hundreds through no fault of their own. No support, no assistance & required to rebook flights at a premium facing identical conditions today. @manairport there had better be damn good compensation

Finally home 28 hours after getting into the security queue @ManchesterAirp Stranded in the airport overnight. No customer service. £100s down buying inflated replacement fights. No sleep. No duty of care shown. Unacceptable.

At least 20 passengers left stranded tonight by @ryanair at Manchester Airport after queuing for 4 hours to get thru security. And no one at airport now to help them. No accommodation or alt flight offered-drop off charges🤷 @ManchesterAirp @4N_McrAirport @Ryanair @MENnewsdesk
