@CharlesDunstone@TalkTalk Considering tt haven't activated my phone line yet I don't understand why you can't cancel my order & leave me with my previous provider!
@CharlesDunstone@TalkTalk CEOs office told me once tt cancel tt do not arrange for my previous provider to reinstate my phone line, means I lose tel no I've had 20yrs
