Nintendo can't take down legal parodies/ memes of their IP Hungrybox, I'm positive you know this. I would love for Nintendo to take down all political use of their IP on all sides, but legal parody is protected by fair use copyright laws. It's also not monetized, so Nintendo has no grounds to do this. But you saw earlier how they are suing the US Government over tariffs, if they actually had a case, they would do it.
