Mental the difference that music can have on motivation. First is swimming without, second is swimming with waterproof headphones 🎧 honestly could have stayed there for hours!

@MrPatPrimary I used to give full option, so skipping ropes out, walking and chatting with friends, footballs and basketball to dribble with. I even allowed scooters and bikes once a half term, keeping it different and student choice allowed them to thrive
