@HeanorGateSA are on the road at OIEA all ready to talk about our wonderful Sixth Form with their new Year 11’s! #TeamHeanor #Pride! We are looking forward engaging conversations and promoting the open evening on the 10th October!
Recently, four of our Year 12 students completed their project for the International Cadet Gold Award. As part of this project, they collaborated with an engineer from Lubrizol in Hazelwood to design an automated system for collecting oil. A huge congratulations to our team!👏👏
Last night we welcomed our 3rd round of external students for interview. Next week will be our last set of interviews for wave 1 applications. If you have applied for wave 2 we will be processing these in the coming weeks, keep a lookout for an email. #TeamHeanor

As part of @6thFormHGSA’s ‘Spirit Week’, the Y12 and Y13 students have been competing to get the opposite year group’s Achievement Leader soaked! And the outcome was…. a draw, so they both got the bucket! 🪣💧#TeamHeanor

Everyone is invited to come to school in non-uniform or fancy dress as their favourite superhero (prizes for best dressed! 🦸♂️) on Friday 13th in exchange for a £1 donation to @SpencerSuperS. From 1pm lessons will cease & there will be an afternoon of fundraising fun! #TeamHeanor
