@AmericanAir waited 3 hours to try and talk to a customer service representative only to not speak to someone but get directly to a survey. Help please!

@away my order took over 2 weeks to deliver why? Having guaranteed delivery dates mean nothing. Your customer service is awful and I still had to follow up today for a shipment that never left the warehouse. Please fix!
