@Hillingdon @EcoSchools As part of our climate action plan at Hayes Park School, we would love to start composting our food waste (fruit peelings) to use in our school gardens. Hillingdon council are we able to receive some food compost bags and bins to help us on our way?

Year 6 had such a fun pack week for our end of year 'Classtonbury' celebrations. The climbing wall was a particular highlight! Even the teachers had a go! @hayesparkschool

Year 6 have worked really hard to create their own ‘calendar of kindness’. As part of our anti bullying week work, our year group have thought of 12 different things we would like to do to make a difference to those around us #treatpeoplewithkindness @hayesparkschool @RamtohulR

We may not have been able to go to the @BofBBunker, but it came to us!

Year 6 have had an amazing morning participating in a virtual experience. We have learnt about the Battle of Britain Bunker and have even had a virtual tour! Thank you so much to @BofBBunker and Hannah (our guide) who has provided us with an amazing experience @hayesparkschool

My Bubble group have created the most wonderful collaborative mindful colouring piece over the last two weeks- it is certainly brightening up my classroom ✨🎨 ⁦@hayesparkschool⁩

Whilst discussing #AntiBullyingWeek2019 with my @HPS_yr1 class this morning, one of the children asked “what does anti mean?” It led to a wonderful conversation about other anti words #vocabulary @hayesparkschool
