@MadiSP4321 @fictillius @unstatused Also, they had staff guiding them/their carer through the crowd. I’d assume the staff member met them at the lift (either top or bottom) to assist. Regardless, it was the best assistance I’d seen provided & staff seemed genuinely keen to help. Ideal? No, but they were kept safe☺️
