@MistCorvid @OrthodoxOrigen I'm autistic and have a low threshold for anxiety. I eat a lot of junk food but also a lot of healthy food. I am sometimes forced to be around people but I don't seem to suffer physical health complaints, only mental.

@of_ceo20513 @OrthodoxOrigen I will say though I don’t advocate for vegetarianism but I understand why Brian Johnson does it.
Though many short comings a vegan/vegetarian diet with low carbs is a great way to keep body wide inflammation low and promote cell repair or apoptosis instead of cell senescence.
