I got nominated for TOTY but I’m on a PIP so I was ineligible. It still counts. This my 2nd yr at this school.

My students had some great questions about the politics behind the TOTY process. It was very eye opening.

Hear me out. What if... We had a mandatory tithe? And it was based on a % of your income over certain amounts, so those who have more gave more? And everyone, not even Christians, had to pay it? And then, that central organization could use those funds to take care of folks?!
