@RefugeCharity The ONLY + from this is now the whole country knows this and we are also is aware that this is the caliber of person thought suitable for promotion to knight. As a DV survivor myself the spotlight on him is warranted. Why this "honours" system is still in place is beyond me.

In your opinion, what's the best way to encourage teamwork?

@tinkerbellbites @asi_wise The goals need to be achievable or they can stop provision due to "not reaching targets". Achievable, relevant, stepped goals with accountability for who will do it, how and what that will look like. What happens if "progress" isn't made?

For how many minutes? How many times a day? Trained by whom? Facilitated by what department? Otherwise you might as well use it as bog roll. #quantify #specify

@MoodLifter So good to see this resonating with people. We also worked with @NHSEngland to develop the sensory friendly ward principles england.nhs.uk/publication/se… Lots of learning since we wrote this paper - we need an update!

Sensory environments need to be more than having a room with a bubble tube. We need to consider more widely the impact of noise and movement of 20+ people, doors opening, alarms going off; florescent lighting, limited access to exercise, smell of meals/ cleaning products.

@Sonia_Sparkles Part of the issue is "identifying talent" only applies to senior, senior roles and not to Band 5/6/7. Personally I'm B7, 5 years after qualifying which hasn't gone down well in some areas. I've even been told I was a "baby" when I had 30+ years experience prior to qualifying

Anyone know about the unwritten rule that you can’t “jump” past pay bands in #NHS ? If you go for an interview that’s 2 bands higher than your current one & you get the job-all hell breaks loose There will be no celebration or congratulations. The shock spreads like wildfire 🙈

@PeterStefanovi2 A view that resonates with me is that the Government needs the small boats. It detracts from real issues and like tax "loopholes" they will never stop them so they can use them as a smokescreen for their failings and corruption.
