Blue Scoot vs. Green Bollard Miami Beach purchased these unsightly green bollards for a few million dollars and stored them outside the Tennis Center in Flamingo Park. After complaints by staff and players, the city decided to disperse them between Ocean and Collins. Bad Idea!
