Even players now show their frustration towards the coach when they’re subbed off — something that used to be unthinkable years ago. The respect for coaches, for leadership, for the work behind every decision… is fading fast. We can debate tactics, selections, and style — that’s part of football. But what we’re seeing lately goes beyond criticism. It’s personal, constant, and often cruel. Coaches deserve more respect.
