@GenesisUSA Genesis is a beautiful car but service is not good. Don’t buy the Genesis tire/wheel insurance because the won’t honor it! I’ll be turning this car in soon and I will never buy a Genesis again because of the service. Oh, and there is quite a bit of roll in the car.

@GenesisUSA @GenesisUSA I chose Genesis xpcting prem. srvice. My xprience has bn the opposite. My car has bn sitting at Carmel,IN Gen. dlrship 4 almst 2 wks w/no diagnos. results & poor cmunication. Corp. spprt hasnt prvided clarity/resolution dspite escalation requests.This is unacceptable.

@GenesisUSA Responsible for my own repairs because the battery is now out of warranty. Your employees lied and said that I told them I had taken my car to another mechanic for diagnostics when I in fact never ever said that because no one EXCEPT Genesis has ever touched my car for repairs!

@GenesisUSA When speaking to the service dept, there was another customer there who’d just purchased a 2026 model GV70 and her battery was now dead. They told her that she didn’t drive her car enough😳it’s a 2026! She just bought it! She was responsible for replacing it herself.
