@myogiadityanath being an NRI my biggest mistake is to brought a property in India UP as from last 2 months i am going pillar to post to have my flat get vacated which is illegally occupied by a person whom we gave the flat on rent but every one says that to go from one

@dgpup I am an NRI currently residing in the US. My flat in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, is under unauthorized possession by a tenant whose rental agreement expired in January 2025. I urgently require the premises for my senior citizen parents, who frequently travel to Ghaziabad for essential medical treatment.

@IFC_Dpt this person who has illegally occupied my flat is your employee and this is a shame on your department to employee such a shameless and malicious person to be employed at government post As he should be immediately suspended from the department and inquiry should be set up against him

@sk6786 @RekhaGuptaDelhi Hi name Anil kumar tito and he is working for irrigation and flood department delhi as per the Id card he has given to us during rental agreement

What is the use of rent agreement we do with the tenant when after the expiration of the agreement he is not able to help and my old parents are running every where to get help , i always believe that in india justice will be served under BJP government but i think i am completely wrong
