@JoanneGrant123 Thank you for sharing Joanne 🤗 I’ve been through this moving into my NM role but have found comfort knowing that I’m still shaping patient care through leadership, education, empowering for example. It is very different to hands on care but no less important and valuable ☺️

I’ve hesitated sharing this but doing it anyway in the hope it helps others. I’ve realised that I’m carrying some moral injury & guilt because I’m not delivering hands-on patient care. But I read something today that really helped: “In leadership, your team are your patients”
