Money is not hard to make. There is an abundance of the shitcoin "$USD" flowing around. Here's a random casino owner struggling to find an employee for $100k+/mo. The real scarcity is in smart and competent people who are able to take that money from the market by filling a need. If you don't want to gamble on crypto, I'd recommend looking for a job. There are plenty of good ones if you are skilled enough. If not, I'd recommend learning some skills. To Monarch: The responsibilities you are describing are those of a CEO. The salaries you were offering were that of a SF engineer. It's a discrepancy and most likely the reason you aren't able to find anyone you deem competent enough. How much would you have made from hiring the right person if you offered the right salary when you first started looking?
