Did I not call @IntercapeBus twice in the middle of the night? & they informed me to write me an email which I did 23:54 when we arrived home. We don’t have a problem with a breakdown, we waited it out, however, waiting another 3 hours was going to be irresponsible #intercape

Now I get a response from @IntercapeBus that a refund will not be done. 1. They cite we disembarked not at our final destination 2. We didn’t cancel. My question is was I supposed to leave my elderly mother for 6hrs? Who isn’t well? They say I didn’t cancel, #intercape

This is now @ 2230. I drove to fetch then 30km at which I was informed @IntercapeBus bus has sent abus. The driver could not ascertain how long this will further take. Mind you my mother is 73yrs old& diabetic. I called @IntercapeBus& was informed to send email #intercapebus

On the 8th January 2026 I booked the @IntercapeBus for my elderly mother & daughter from Kimberley to Bloemfontein departing 1850. The bus broke down a few minutes after departure. It took 2 hours for the mechanic to arrive, an hour for him to try to fix it & no luck

I’ve been calling @StandardBankZA since Tuesday & they kept saying it will be rectified. I called them yesterday & said I must go to the nearest branch. When I got there, the guy said he has no powers. Worst bank. #standardbank #scam
