Congress can reopen TSA, FEMA, CISA, and the Coast Guard right now.
But House Republicans are refusing because they want more money for ICE.
They will always choose chaos, terror, and Donald Trump over the American people.

I meant it when I said not another dime for ICE without real reforms on paper.
After weeks of Senate Republicans holding TSA and FEMA funding hostage, they finally backed down and voted with Democrats to fully fund our airports and emergency relief without another check for Stephen Miller’s goon squad.
We’ll keep fighting for reforms to keep our communities safe.
