If you don't take care of your body, where are you going to live? In the face of evidence, the wise man changes his mind.

I come across SO many people. They're in my inner circle, semi-inner circle, outer circle, at the gym, fellow parents, people who text the show - I've never had one interaction, let alone conversation (not one - not this year, not last year, not at thousands of Ajax doors), where someone even mildly opined "Canada should join the European Union". Not the most sane person, not the most loony person, not the person that is indifferent to Trump, not the person who despises Trump & can't focus on a single other important thing. I've not had one 10 second convo w/ anyone about Canada joining the EU. So I have no idea who these people are.....deadly serious.

#REPORT: 120,000 Canadians moved to a foreign country in 2025, with 55% of them being "mid-career professionals in peak-earning years." The data also shows that doctors, engineers and scientists are leaving Canada at DOUBLE the rate of low-skilled workers.

I’ve heard that but I’ve been on pain pills several times for ovarian cyst and the metal holding my bones together. Never felt like I wanted to take more. People seemed shocked when I tell them I don’t feel anything. It just takes my anxiety or pain away. I always figured it was because i genuinely need them.

No. I was for 12 years. I was in a coma for 3 weeks and it stopped my panic attacks. I literally had a panic attack in the coma, they could see it on the brain monitor. My doctor said my brain saw how bad it could be. It doesn’t always happen but I got lucky because it really made life hard sometimes. I’d get multiple a day since my dad died in 2003.

I used to go for long walks when I’d have panic attacks. Klonopin was a lifesaver for me. I went until I was 18 without anything because my mom didn’t want me medicated. Anyone who wants to try to go holistic, please learn how hard it is on the body. If you can’t find a natural way, please consider Klonopin. I suffered for years. Don’t put yourself or child through that.

I’ve had this done and let me tell you…. Her reaction is completely warranted. Mind you, it is an uncontrollable response if your jaw is that tight and finally released Ancient medicine documented jaw tension release dating back thousands of years If you get this done before having kids, and especially as a woman, it can deeply heal your future bloodline because of the emotional binds you’re loosening up and potentially NOT passing along in the womb or in later parenting style Even if you’re already a parent or just someone who wants to heal, this is valuable because you can free up a lot of frustration and stifled feelings you’ve bottled up. The jaw tends to take on a lot because it controls (or prevents) the movement of words that come out of our mouth Women AND men benefit from jaw release! When you release the jaw you also release the pelvic floor muscles that contribute to keeping your reproductive organs and surrounding systems healthy with free flowing energy Jaw tension release can help all kinds of emotional healing but also physical healing such as: ✅ pain free periods ✅ easier childbirth ✅ stronger orgasms (both women & men) ✅ consistent bowel movements ✅ more frequent erections ✅ properly functioning bladder Think it’s too good to be true? Give this a try and test on yourself to see what happens. You can do jaw releases on yourself at minimum with tutorials from Youtube. Obviously it is great to have someone help but don’t think you have to hire someone for this…. it can cost you $0. Do them every couple days for a month and report back Healing is always possible 💚

Google just mass-obsoleted a feature Apple charges $249 to access. Apple's Live Translation requires AirPods Pro 2 or newer, an iPhone 15 Pro or later, iOS 26, Apple Intelligence enabled, and a downloaded language pack. After meeting all five requirements, you get 5 languages. Nine if you count the four coming "later this year." Google's version: download the free Translate app, connect literally any pair of headphones, tap Live Translate. 70+ languages. Works on a $20 pair of Bluetooth earbuds from Amazon. The hardware requirement gap is absurd. Apple needs a $179 minimum buy-in (AirPods 4 with ANC) plus an iPhone 15 Pro ($999 at launch) to unlock translation. Google needs a functioning 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth connection. The language gap is worse. A Punjabi speaker visiting family can use Google's version today. Apple doesn't support Punjabi. Or Hindi. Or Thai. Or Japanese (yet). The people who need real-time translation the most are the ones least likely to speak one of Apple's five supported Western European languages. Google shipped this on Apple's own platform, using Apple's own hardware, to Apple's own customers. That's the part worth watching. When your competitor's free app running on your $249 earbuds outperforms your native feature by 14x the language count, the lock-in thesis starts working against you.
Google@Google

Your headphones just became a personal translator in 70+ languages. 🎧✨ Google Translate’s “Live translate” with headphones is officially on iOS. We're also expanding this capability to more countries around the world for both @Android and iOS users. To try it, open the Translate app, tap “Live translate” and connect your headphones.
